What exactly is counted?
The seconds of sound streamed to the translator. Measuring the delay at the start, pauses and the time after you press Stop are not counted. A 4-minute video uses about 4 minutes, with subtitles or the AI voice.
What about live streams?
A live stream is counted while it runs. The page shows the minutes used, asks every hour whether you’re still watching, and stops on its own if nobody answers.
Can a run go below zero?
No. When your balance runs out, the translation stops and everything translated so far stays on the page: you can still watch it and export subtitles.
Is there a limit per run?
One run can last up to . For longer events, contact us.
Do you upload my video?
No. The file plays in your browser; only its sound is streamed to the translator, live, and it isn’t stored. See the privacy policy.
